Typically, our management positions are filled internally but we are open to hearing from well-experienced high performers. Our managers have first-hand knowledge of our restaurant and generally start out as hosts or servers and work their way up. It takes exceptional management skills, integrity, attention to detail and customer service knowledge to take on a management role here at Old Angler’s Inn.
